Love it or return it

I’ve put a lot of care and attention into each towel, napkin and table runner I weave, and I want them to bring beauty and warmth to your life. If you find that the item you purchased isn’t going to work for you after all, please contact me within two weeks. I’m happy to exchange it or refund your payment.

If you received a Whimsy & Tea handwoven as a gift, and you would prefer something different, I’m happy to exchange it so that you have an item that brings you joy.

Please be aware of the following:

  • Only unused items may be exchanged or returned.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you exchange your purchase, you will not be charged for shipping when I send the new item to you.
  • When you want to exchange or return your purchase, please insure the parcel and have a way to track it. If it’s lost in transit, I am not responsible.
  • If the replacement you choose is less expensive, I’ll refund you the difference. If it’s more expensive, you will be charged the difference.
  • Credit will be issued once I receive the item you wish to return.
