Love it or return it guarantee
I’ve put a lot of care and attention into each towel and I want them to bring beauty and warmth to your life. If you discover that the towel – or towels — isn’t going to work for you after all, please contact me within two weeks. I’m happy to refund your cash or check, credit your charge card or exchange it.
If you received the towel(s) as a gift, and you would prefer different ones, I’m happy to exchange it so that you have a towel that brings you joy.
Please be aware of the following:
- Only towels that have not been used may be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. However, if you exchange the towel, you will not be charged for shipping when I send the new towel to you.
- When you send a towel back for a return or an exchange, please insure the parcel and have a way to track it. If it’s lost in transit, I am not responsible.
- If the replacement towel is less expensive, I’ll refund you the difference. If it’s more expensive, you will be charged the difference.
- Credit will only be issued once I receive the towel.
A word about color
Everyone perceives and describes color differently. Colors also look different depending on the neighboring colors. In addition, color is not consistent from one computer monitor to another.
I have listed the colors I used for each collection of towels. These are the names I use for the colors and I know that you might choose different names. It is my hope that naming the colors will help in your decision making process.
Parcels are sent first class with USPS and insured. If you would like your parcel sent a different way, please contact me. If you live in western Massachusetts and would prefer to pick up a towel in person, please check my calendar or contact me to make arrangements.
